InFirst Bank is seeking experienced banking professionals to fill a Personal Banker role in the Punxsutawney Office. The Personal Banker role requires an individual with a strong desire to engage customers in conversations in order to build relationships and promote InFirst Bank products and services. Personal Bankers will open deposit accounts, handle teller transactions, and resolve customer service issues. The Personal Banker role normally requires 2 or more years in retail banking or sales and customer service experience. Preferred candidates will have proficient interpersonal, communicative and sales skills; a comprehensive knowledge of bank forms and documents used in opening new accounts; working knowledge of bank consumer and business products and services, along with the operating policies and procedures that impact these products. High School diploma or equivalent is required. Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status of a protected veteran.
